About
My goal as a therapist is to create a comfortable space where you will feel safe, supported, and cared for. I will listen carefully so I can fully understand the struggles you are facing, and together we will make a plan to help you achieve your goals for emotional wellness. I view therapy as a collaborative journey of self-discovery and growth, which may involve challenging yourself to try new things and experiment with new behaviors or ways of thinking. We may also take a deeper look at your past experiences to gain a better understanding of how they influence the way you exist in the world today. I am deeply passionate about my work and consider it an honor to be a part of your journey.
